Yes, cold brew is different from iced coffee. Iced coffee is brewed hot and then served cold. You chill hot coffee either by pouring it over ice, or refrigerating it before serving. Cold-brew coffee, rather, is made by steeping/soaking coarsely ground coffee beans in room-temperature water for up to 12 hours.
You can manage your subscription by accessing the Account link at the top right of every page once you are logged into your account.
1. Login to your account by clicking on the LOGIN link at the top right of every page.
2. Enter your email and password on the Login Page. You can also recover your password from this page by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link.
3. After you have logged into your account click on the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION link on the top right of the page.
4. Manage your subscriptions from this page...
On this page you can cancel or modify/update subscription information such as credit card info, shipping/billing address, quantities, product selections and more.
Click on Order # to see the upcoming orders remaining in your subscription and if applicable, set your upcoming order product selections.
Click on the Frequency to update the delivery schedule, if applicable.
Click on the Manage link to the right to update your billing and shipping info along with other details.
Click on the Manage ling to the right to change your upcoming order date (set a new date).
Click on the Manage ling to the right to add products to your subscription.
Click on the Manage ling to the right to change products on your subscription.
Click on the Manage link to the right to cancel your subscription.
Please remember that you need an account in order to manage your subscription. Also, if you do not create an account when you initially order you can simply create an account at a later date using the same email address as your initial order to be able to manage your subscription.
You can manage your Office Perks subscription the same way you manage any subscription - accessing the Manage Subscription Page from your Account Page.
Once on the Manage Subscription Page you can click on your Office Perks order to manage your subscription further. From here you can pick, view and edit your upcoming selections or choose to skip an order:
